Which logo files are preferred?

Vector PDF, AI or EPS files with outlined fonts are preferred. Vector artwork helps the team prepare your logo for the selected imprint area. Keep a copy of the original artwork before outlining fonts.

Can I provide a raster image?

Raster artwork should be high resolution at the final imprint size. Send the best-quality original file available and the intended logo dimensions so the team can assess whether it is suitable.

What should I specify with the artwork?

Include the product URL or SKU, requested imprint location, approximate logo dimensions and color requirements. Decoration methods and printable areas vary by product; confirm the selected method in the quotation.

What should I check on the proof?

Review spelling, contact details, logo proportions, placement, size and colors. Check that the proof reflects the selected product and decoration requirements. Production begins only after the customer approves the final proof.

Do I need a physical logo sample?

If you want to review decoration on the actual item, request a customized pre-production sample and confirm its fees and timing. Blank samples are free, with shipping charged, and do not include logo decoration. See the sample policy.
