Does production time include shipping?
No. Production time and shipping transit are separate. Transit estimates begin after production and carrier pickup. When planning an event, allow time for artwork approval, any sample review, production and transport.
Which shipping method applies to my order?
Available shipping methods depend on destination, quantity, product dimensions and schedule. A delivery estimate should be confirmed for the selected product and your required arrival date.
Is freight included in the displayed price?
Check the selected product's additional information and confirmed quotation. A listing that includes sea shipping to one U.S. location does not establish the freight terms for other products, destinations or delivery methods.
Who handles customs duties and local taxes?
Import duties and local taxes are handled as stated in the confirmed quotation. Include your destination when requesting pricing so the applicable terms can be confirmed.
What information helps confirm delivery?
Provide the product URL or SKU, order quantity, delivery country and postal code, and required arrival date through Request Quote. For sample orders, see the sample policy.
