For Cyan Promo's Multicolor Retractable Pen (SKU CyanRZ2361), the listed unit price is $1.44 at 200 pieces and $0.30 at 20,000 pieces. These are different quantity tiers, so the lowest advertised price does not apply to the minimum order.
